Coffee, Cups, Craters, and Trees

I'm combining two lessons for this next post. Here I learned how to draw a coffee mug and then took the top of the coffee mug and applied its characteristics to form craters. The cratersous (is that a word?) was enjoyable.
In the very next lesson I spent a lot of time trying to learn how to draw a tree. I admit I didn't put too much work into the leaves up top. But I really had fun with the development and work on the trunk and roots. I can absolutely see the payoff when illustrating backgrounds and other quality add ons and background.
Thank you so much for visiting and putting up with my terrible drawings, I promise you they will continue to improve. Thank you for your support.
