My next lesson was "stacking." I was getting sophisticated here. (I'll probably use that word a lot since every time I learn something new I feel slightly more cool with my very basic skills.) This session was broken down into a combination of sketching different cubes all piled up. My only real obstacle with this was not being very sure about the wrap around on the bottom cube. It looked fine, but I had to scribble it in a few times. Proper drawing of this was all about consistent alignment throughout the whole object. Once I got that down, I was good to go. I was even able to do snaking pieces. Got to admit, I was kind of proud of that. I can actually draw a proper set of tables! Even ones that go around in different directions.
